Lynda Sandwich is a tiny cafe located on the south side of Westminster with a festive interior that borders on the absurd. There are plants everywhere, stencil paintings of Marilyn Monroe and James Dean, and an entire wall filled with headshots of Asian pop stars. There’s a lot going on, but the star of the show is still the grilled pork banh mi - perfectly-cooked pork inside a crunchy baguette filled with lemongrass and jalapenos for some spice. It’s simple, fresh, and fantastic. And also only $4.50.
