A former hospitality employee, Phaithe is a graphic designer and a full-time food blogger with the Instagram handle @chicityeating. She was born and raised on the south side of Chicago, and Phaithe has always been into food - in fact, she came out of the womb eating a cheeseburger. When she is not searching the city for the best eats, Phaithe loves to roller skate, write short stories, and create designs for clients throughout the Chicagoland area
