Butch McGuire’s is the restaurant equivalent of that one neighbor that goes all out with their lawn display during the holidays. At this Gold Coast Irish pub, the fish and chips and beer are solid, but it’s really all about the decorations. The string lights and tinsel are up all year long, and their collection of decorations includes installations like a large spinning Grinch and a toy train making its rounds in the rafters. And while the Christmas spirit here lasts for months after December 25th, expect other seasonal transformations during Halloween, St. Patrick’s Day, and Independence Day.
