We’re not sure why there isn’t more make-your-own fast casual pizza in the world, but we are very glad that &pizza exists. Choose one of their already designed options, or roll your own. They also have a bunch salads and gluten-free options. The Foggy Bottom location is inside the Hotel Hive and comes with a bar stocked with liquors from local distilleries.
