Irregardless is a two-story wine bar on H Street featuring American tasting menus with delicious food for both the meat eaters and the vegetarians in your life. The space has a rustic farmhouse feel, with exposed brick and plants hanging from the walls and rafters, which brings a hint of Virginia wine country to the space. If you’re ready to DTR, the grilled big baby oyster will help you seal the deal. Or bring the homies and gush over the tomato tartare, which tastes like bougie bruschetta. Each of the $85 tasting menus rotate seasonally and can be paired with Virginia wines or an international selection.
