Gonokami Seisakujyo is hard to find, but the perfectly thick tsukemen noodles are worth the effort.
If you're in the mood for miso ramen, Shinbusakiya where you want to go.
Afuri is a counter spot for yuzu-based ramen. The broth here is light, but the pork is perfectly smoky.
