Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Perrier® Cucumber Lime Carbonated Mineral Water

  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz watermelon juice

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Cucumber slice

  • Crushed ice

  • Collins glass

Combine all ingredients except for Perrier® Cucumber Lime Carbonated Mineral Water in a Collins glass over ice. Activate mint leaves by clapping them between your hands, add to glass, then top with Perrier® Cucumber Lime Carbonated Mineral Water. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint sprig.

Ingredients:

  • ½ pink guava

  • 5 mint leaves

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • .75 simple syrup

  • Perrier® Carbonated Mineral Water

  • Sugar

  • Crushed ice

  • Wine glass

Rim the glass with sugar, then muddle guava and mint in the glass with simple syrup. Add fresh lime juice and ice and top with Perrier® Carbonated Mineral Water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with mint leaves and two guava slices.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz turmeric-meyer lemon shrub

  • Perrier® Carbonated Mineral Water

  • Blueberry tincture

  • Star anise

  • Lemon wedge

  • Ice cubes

  • Highball

Fill a highball with ice, add 1 oz turmeric-meyer shrub and star anise to the glass and top with Perrier® Carbonated Mineral Water. Spray top of drink with blueberry tincture and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Perrier® Lemon Carbonated Mineral Water

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon wedge

  • Sugar

  • Martini glass

Run lemon wedge around edge of martini glass and quickly turn through sugar. Combine 4 oz Perrier® Lemon Carbonated Mineral Water, 3/4 oz simple syrup, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and ice in a mixing glass and stir gently to combine without disturbing the bubbles. Gently strain the mixture into the coated martini glass and garnish with a sugared lemon wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 oz yuzu juice

  • 1.5 oz of pomegranate cherry syrup (see below)

  • 4 oz Perrier® Carbonated Mineral Water

  • Rosemary sprig

  • Crushed ice

  • Collins glass

For the Pomegranate Cherry Syrup:

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 2 cups black cherry juice

  • 1.5 oz rosewater

  • 50 turns freshly cracked black pepper

For the pomegranate cherry syrup add two cups of sugar, two cups of pomegranate juice, and two cups of black cherry juice to a pot and bring to a boil. Add about fifty turns of fresh black pepper from a peppermill set to fine grind setting. Bring the pot to a simmer and let the mixture reduce for 40 mins. Let the syrup cool to room temperature. Once cool, mix in 1.5 oz of rosewater.

Fill a collins glass with ice and add .75 oz yuzu juice, 1.5 oz pomegranate cherry syrup, and 4 oz Perrier® Carbonated Mineral Water. Stir and garnish with rosemary sprig.
