This guava-heavy drink is a refreshing option on a warm day or paired with jerk chicken to cool down the spice.
You’ll Need:
1 ½ oz GREY GOOSE
½ oz ST~GERMAIN
½ oz simple syrup
¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz guava juice
Combine all ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
El Tiempo

El Tiempo is the ideal nightcap, perfect to drink by yourself, preferably with a few squares of dark chocolate.
You’ll Need:
2 oz BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
¾ oz tawny port
¼ oz BENEDICTINE
¼ oz honey syrup (1 part water, 1 part honey)
5 drops mole bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir, strain, and serve in a rocks glass on a big rock of ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Bastante en Rosa

Inspired by a trip to the PATRÓN distillery and Guadalajara, this drink is perfect for sitting outside on a hot summer day.
You’ll Need:
1½ oz PATRÓN Silver
1½ oz watermelon juice
½ oz Lillet Rose
1 oz lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Prosecco
Add all ingredients except the prosecco to a shaker, shake, and strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with a watermelon slice dipped in chili salt.
