In celebration of World Cocktail Day, we’re sharing recipes for signature cocktails at some great LA bars. Made with spirits from the Bacardi USA family of brands, you’ll find here the recipes for cocktails from The Mermaid, La Cabaña, and Margot.

Inspired by a perfect summer afternoon spent at your favorite bar, enjoying golden hour, and how glad we are to have that back.
- 1½ oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE
- ½ oz ST~GERMAIN
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 oz cantaloupe syrup
- soda water
To make the cantaloupe syrup, peel and seed a cantaloupe and cut into chunks. Combine with 1 quart of water, ½ quart of sugar in a blender, blend, and then strain, discarding used fruit. For the cocktail, combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a wine glass with ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

This sweet and spicy drink packs a punch, and is perfect with a ceviche tostada or crispy chicken tacos.
- 1 oz CAZADORES Blanco
- ½ oz triple sec
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- ½ to ¾ oz jalapeño-infused tequila
- ½ fresh lime squeeze
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass rimmed with Tajin and filled with ice. Garnish with grilled pineapple and a lime wheel and float a fresh jalapeño slice on top.

This after-dinner cocktail was inspired by Will Ferrell’s character in Anchorman and his fondness for scotch.
- 1½ oz DEWAR’S White Label
- ½ oz Strega
- ½ oz ST~GERMAIN
- ½ oz mezcal
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Serve in a rocks glass on a big rock of ice, topped with a lemon twist.
