Summer Infatuation

Inspired by a perfect summer afternoon spent at your favorite bar, enjoying golden hour, and how glad we are to have that back.

You’ll Need:

  • 1½ oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE

  • ½ oz ST~GERMAIN

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • 2 oz cantaloupe syrup

  • soda water

To make the cantaloupe syrup, peel and seed a cantaloupe and cut into chunks. Combine with 1 quart of water, ½ quart of sugar in a blender, blend, and then strain, discarding used fruit. For the cocktail, combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a wine glass with ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Jalapiña Infatuation

This sweet and spicy drink packs a punch, and is perfect with a ceviche tostada or crispy chicken tacos.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 oz CAZADORES Blanco

  • ½ oz triple sec

  • 3 oz pineapple juice

  • ½ to ¾ oz jalapeño-infused tequila

  • ½ fresh lime squeeze

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass rimmed with Tajin and filled with ice. Garnish with grilled pineapple and a lime wheel and float a fresh jalapeño slice on top.

This after-dinner cocktail was inspired by Will Ferrell’s character in Anchorman and his fondness for scotch.

You’ll Need:

  • 1½ oz DEWAR’S White Label

  • ½ oz Strega

  • ½ oz ST~GERMAIN

  • ½ oz mezcal

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Serve in a rocks glass on a big rock of ice, topped with a lemon twist.
