Chances are if you’ve had intensely good bread at any restaurant in Seattle, it probably came from Sea Wolf. They specialize in various types of sourdoughs, from seeded white to rye infused with coffee and caraway. The croissants are also fantastic, but the best things here is the brown butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookie topped with salt. Bring anything from Sea Wolf to a dinner party and it’d be more impressive than anything you can whip up from a fancy baking cookbook.
