Poquitos is not a great Mexican restaurant—the food is just fine here. But it is a solid partytime spot to start a night out on Capitol Hill, thanks to lots of bar top tables, loud music, and patio fire pits. A tamarind margarita with some queso, refried beans, and salsa alongside a huge bowl of chips is the best move here, and if you need something more substantial, head around the block for a burrito at Rancho Bravo.

Review

There’s a lot of good Mexican in Seattle, but Mezcaleria Oaxaca in Capitol Hill also has an excellent rooftop.
