Oaky’s is a Tex-Mex counter inside of Batch 206 Distillery from the same team behind Wood Shop BBQ. Here you’ll have a casual meal involving tasty pulled brisket and smoked chicken inside of tacos, enchiladas, and nachos. We know that queso is sacred to Texans and it’s nearly impossible to find a duplicate in Seattle, but the queso here is pretty close, and really good.
