Maybe it annoys you that California is hoarding so much of the really good vegan stuff. Come to No Bones Beach Club, which was clearly swept up, Wizard of Oz-style, and brought to Seattle from Los Angeles in a freak tornado. This place is an all-vegan tiki bar with some of the best meatless food in the city - stuff like jackfruit flautas, tofu banh mi, buffalo tempeh sandwiches, and beet poke. Drink some coconut mojitos with your beer-battered avocado tacos and you can pretend you’re in Southern California.
