The whole menu is great, but you’ll want to go heavy on the specialty rolls—that is, if you can choose from nearly 50 of them. A little guidance: go for a fried option with teriyaki glaze and spicy mayo if you’re feeling timid, and the Moonraker (spicy yellowtail, cucumber and cilantro, topped with seared spicy snow crab, black tobiko, jalapeño citrus sauce, truffle oil, and green onions) if you’re feeling like Gatsby.
