Meaty Johnson’s is a fast-casual BBQ spot that replaced the long-gone Meltdown Pizza, and we didn’t know how much we needed it in our lives until we tried it. It’s so good, in fact, that they tend to run out of things, so it’s worth showing up at 11am to be sure you’ll get your hands on an incredible brisket sandwich. Add tasty sides like peppery mac and cheese, kimchi potato salad, and jalapeño cornbread.
