List is basically a nightclub pretending to be a restaurant. It’s so dark (and only lit with red lightbulbs) that you are actually at serious risk of tripping over yourself, it’s trying incredibly hard to be sexy, and on the weekends it’s usually crowded with good-looking people gazing into each other’s eyes. This is the date-night hub of Belltown, and it’s where you should bring someone if you’re more concerned with what’s going to happen after you leave the restaurant. The two gnocchi dishes are probably what you want to eat - order both with stiff cocktails, and you’ll be fine. If there’s a wait for a table (likely), head to Amber up the street for a drink in the meantime.
