Liberty

Liberty is a cool bar on Capitol Hill that serves many excellent cocktails, sushi, and just happens to allow dogs inside and outside. It’s one of those exciting-during-the-week kind of places, and not just because they play great music. Their spicy tuna roll with sesame oil (which is one of our favorite bites of sushi in town) also has something to do with it. Grab one of the big sofas, let your Golden Retriever sit on it, and shove your date aside.
