Whatever’s happening behind the scenes at Hitchcock Deli is straight-up sorcery. This place has some of our favorite sandwiches in Seattle. Inside it’s welcoming and bright, and every single type of meat they sell - from classic roasted turkey to applewood-smoked ham to pastrami - is cured in-house. We like the turkey club best. And get a sea salt chocolate chip cookie for dessert.
