Harbor City is a real Seattle classic, and a dim sum institution. You definitely want some dumplings - we like the pork potstickers and shrimp and chive ones best - but there’s plenty of other stuff to try here, too (don’t skip the General Tso’s chicken). Bring some friends for a weekend lunch or casual dinner.
