Fuji Sushi

If you've ever questioned whether or not you can really be full from sushi, you’ll have a very clear answer after one trip to Fuji. Their menu is as long as the Cheesecake Factory’s, with tons of nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, like the killer salmon, a fun (yet mildly dangerous) california roll topped with salmon covered in cream cheese and lit on fire. The fish gets charred bits from the tableside blaze while still staying plump and juicy, and the whole thing doubles as a pyrotechnic show. And if you’re not in the mood for raw fish, there’s a full menu of other items like ramen, teriyaki, and donburi—the bibimbap and curry katsu in particular are must-orders. Note that those are not engulfed in flames, though.

Maneki in the International District is one of the oldest restaurants in Seattle. Come here to eat sushi and other Japanese plates in a tatami room.
