Danbo is a ramen chain that originated in Vancouver, and while we weren’t huge fans when they first opened, it’s growing on us - especially during lunchtime when you can add a side like gyoza and an extra topping for a small charge. They’re big on customization here, so you can decide things like noodle thickness and firmness, spice level, richness, and even broth thickness. It’d be a challenge to not find your soulmate ramen in this place.
