Crumby Sandwiches & Spirits
Picture an elegant, plant-decorated dining room in Fremont, full of happy humans having a grand night on the town cradling cocktails made with ghost pepper-infused tequila. Charcuterie boards and burrata salads hit the table next. But then, instead of fork-and-knife entrees, imagine everyone eating… sandwiches.
That’s the between-sliced-bread utopia that Crumby has manifested. From griddled toast stacked with buttery smoked gouda, prosciutto, slices of coppa and salami, pickles, and a fistful of pesto pasta salad, to a braised beef sub with rich pot roast personality, creamy dill crème fraîche, and pickled peppers, each sandwich is better than the sum of their parts—even though those parts are really damn good. Seattle was missing the kind of place where you could go on a romantic dinner date to sweep someone off their feet with a sandwich, and with Crumby, it’s officially here.
