A make-your-own salad place that doesn’t suck is a special thing, and that’s exactly what Sweetgreen is. The menu options - from grain bowls to regular salads - are great, and you can make your own if none of those tickle your fancy. There will probably be a line, because everyone else also knows this East Coast chain is great and will eventually take over the world.
