Santería
Santería in the Castro calls itself a margarita bar, but their cocktail menu also includes everything from sangria to frosé to mezcal on the rocks. Choosing one will be hard, but when in doubt just settle on the Girl de Polanco and never look back. Drinks aside, also go to this lively spot for perfectly-charred octopus al pastor with caramelized pineapples, beet-dyed tortillas, and flautas.
