Sababa is Mediterranean food in Chipotle-ized form, but it’s miles beyond those burrito bowls in terms of quality and variety, and we love it. The vegetarian salads are awesome, as is the falafel, and if you want to really mix it up, the sabik (fried eggplant and a hard boiled egg) in bowl or pita form is amazing.
