Sababa
A good, quick stop during work for Israeli street food served via an assembly line. The pita is freshly baked in-house, and the chicken is well-cooked and equally well-spiced. The best part is, when they make your sandwich, they layer all the ingredients so that you never end up with a mouth full of toppings and no protein or vice versa. Whatever you do, don’t skip the skug hot sauce after you get out of line. Also, the sabik (fried eggplant and a hard-boiled egg) in bowl or pita form is amazing.
