Over the Moon

Any spot that serves scoops of ice cream in a cup made of cookie is a winner in our book. And aside from the cookie cups, Over the Moon does a fantastic job with their ice cream sandwiches. We like their Espresso Oreo ice cream, packed firmly between two cookies and cream-flavored cookies.
