Obispo is a rum bar in the Mission from the same team as Bar Agricole and Trou Normand. If you get hungry, they have a menu of Carribean food like cubanos, congri, and oxtail stew, but the best thing is the pollo de Obispo. And if you want something smaller, reach for the empanadas. This is a bar though, so you’re mainly here for cocktails - go for the rum and ting.
