Montesacro
If you insist on getting technical, Montesacro in SoMa serves pinsas. They’re oval-shaped, with a slightly-airer-than-normal crust that has a nice char to it. We recommend the maranella pinsa with spicy pork sausage, broccolini, and the creamiest burrata. This place also serves starters like beef carpaccio, meat and cheese boards, and paninis. There's also a pretty cozy rooftop patio.
