La Santa Torta
La Santa Torta makes some of the best quesabirria tacos in the Bay. A trio of three are stuffed with well-spiced beef, pickled red onions, salsa, and come with a crisp shell with melty cheese. This taco truck also serves up stir-fried birria noodles, elotes, churros, and more. They’re usually posted on Broadway in Oakland’s Jack London Square.
