The San Francisco Brunch Cocktail Delivery & Takeout Guide

12 San Francisco and East Bay spots with Bloody Marys and mimosas.

Just because we’re in quarantine doesn’t mean brunch has to be canceled. In fact, we kind of like brunch at home. We don’t have to put on pants, and there’s no two-hour limit on bottomless mimosas. And luckily, there are lots of restaurants in San Francisco and the East Bay offering mimosas, Bloody Marys, and other boozy brunch drinks for takeout and delivery. Here are 12 great options.

Looking for another kind of cocktail? Find margaritas, negronis, sangrias, and more in our full SF Delivery & Takeout Alcohol Collection.

San Francisco

While we can’t sip on cocktails inside this Victorian-inspired restaurant, you can still order one of their Bloody Marys for $8. Your home may not be as nicely decorated as the Dorian, but you can upgrade to Grey Goose if you want to feel fancy.

The Mission saloon is now delivery-only, which means you can get $47 pineapple ginger and cactus pomegranate mimosa kits delivered to your door. Each kit serves around 20 people (or you 20 times). For $71, you can get the cactus pomegranate with vodka and champagne, so you can spike your juice with whatever alcohol you’re in the mood for.

The Sunday Morning sorbet float, which is sparkling wine served over a fresh fruit sorbet, is something we didn’t know we needed until now. But it’s dark times, so get it for pick-up from this Cole Valley spot.

The cocktail bar in the Mission specializing in high-end spirits is offering a bottle of their house-made Bloody Mary mix for $14. Order it - and other cocktails or tasting flights - for pick-up or delivery.

The “Oh Bloody Hell” cocktail from this Lao spot in the Mission is made-to-order. It comes with cucumber vodka and a chili salt rim. Basically, this is a pretty good way to start a Sunday (or whatever day you now define as “the weekend”).

Seven Stills is usually our go-to for pints and growlers, but right now they’re also offering cocktails to-go. For $45, you can get a 750ml bottle of prosecco and orange juice, which should be enough to keep you somewhat drunk until 4pm. Order here.

The breakfast and lunch spot has single-serving mimosas or Bloody Marys to-go from their Marina and West Portal locations. They’re also offering 10% off if you order for pick-up through their website and use the code “GOBBLE.”

We love Balboa Cafe for the Bloody Marys, which they’re offering to-go for $13. Sip one one while also having their great deviled eggs.

East Bay

The Uptown Oakland diner is serving wasabi Bloody Marys/Marias (with your choice of vodka or tequila) to-go. And for $40, you get 12 servings. And if your ice cube trays are empty, Hopscotch has you covered. They’re selling a quart of square ice cubes for $2.

We miss going to diners and ordering eggs while sipping on what feels like a bottomless mug of coffee. But for now, we’re happy to order from Sequoia Diner’s daily-changing breakfast and lunch menu, which often includes either house Bloody Mary mix or a mimosa kit.

Honor Kitchen & Cocktails

The Emeryville bar and restaurant has 16- and 32-ounce Bloody Marys to-go. You may as well get their bucket of fried chicken while you’re at it.

This charming French breakfast and lunch spot in Berkeley is offering grapefruit, raspberry, and orange juice mimosas, as well as Bloody Marys made with tequila-infused sake. You can’t drink them on their patio out back, but you can still order them in individual servings to-go.
