There aren’t many places in Rome to find vegan pizza that’s actually good, but Casa Manco is the exception. Get a slice of vegan pizza rossa that’s spiked with chili and a scattering of parsley and mint or go for one with radicchio, gorgonzola, and walnuts. Their location in the open-air Mercato di Testaccio is small, but there are a couple of seats around the market. Definitely check out some other vendors if you have some extra stomach space.
