Book ahead for a table at this laid-back but super-special spot, especially during peak season. Barndiva has been doing farm-to-table for years, and each dish is a colorful array of beautifully presented seasonal ingredients. For a more relaxed experience, the bar has open seating and its own food menu. Not to worry though, the delicious little flavor-bomb goat cheese croquettes with lavender honey are available on both menus. The house cocktails are spectacular and the wine list superb (and includes a special Barndiva blend from nearby Preston Vineyards.) Also, they put lobster on a benedict during brunch so...yeah.
Barndiva is a popular spot for weddings, since it’s essentially a very fancy barn. But it’s also just a great place to have an excellent meal. The main dining area is a fairly formal farm-to-table experience, and you’ll need to book far in advance if that’s what you’re looking for. We’re partial to dropping in and grabbing seats at the bar, a few glasses of wine, and an order of goat cheese croquettes. You will be too.
