Bleachers’ New Tomato Sauce Is Peak Jersey

Jack Antonoff’s indie pop act collaborated with Jersey City’s Razza to celebrate Bleachers’ new album.

Fans of Jack Antonoff know he’s been busy lately, producing tracks for the likes of Taylor Swift, Lorde, and Lana Del Rey, to name a few. On top of that he has his own music coming out, as Bleachers has a new album Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night dropping this Friday.

In anticipation of the new album, Antonoff collaborated with Razza, a well known pizza spot in Jersey City, to produce a Jersey tomato sauce. The Bleachers + Razza Tomato sauce pack comes with a 16 ounce jar of the stuff, made with tomatoes grown within the Garden State, a t-Shirt, a tomato sauce recipe, and a tomato patch.

The sauce itself is bright and not super heavy, so it’s best suited for making pizzas or light, summer-y pastas. If you want to try a jar for yourself, you’ll have to act fast, as the Bleachers stans will likely clear out stock. And if you’re looking for inspiration for what to do with your newfound sauce, Razza has a cookbook coming out this Fall.

We’re recommending these products because we actually use, and like, them. Things you buy through our links may earn us a commission.
