Misconduct Tavern

You’ll probably feel a little like you’re on a boat when you’re drinking at Misconduct Tavern with their vaulted and wood-paneled ceilings. But this Rittenhouse sports bar (which has a couple of other locations in the city) is a solid place to watch the game. They have a bunch of TVs and enough tables that you won’t have to hover behind some poor guy sitting at the bar for three hours. There’s a solid selection of beer, with taps that rotate every few weeks, and the burgers and wings are pretty decent, too.

Nick’s is a sports bar in Old City with above average bar food and an oddly entertaining fish tank behind the bar.

Brauhaus Schmitz on South Street is like going on a little trip to Germany, with a big beer hall, sausages, and schnitzel.

City Tap House in University City is a bar and pizza place that’s great for groups that know the perfect way to catch up is with a cheesy slice of margherita and some cocktails.

Sancho Pistola’s is the northernmost member of the Pistola family, and it works just as well for watching an Eagles game as it does for eating tacos.
