Crunchik’n is a Midtown Village spot where wings come slathered in nine sauces like soy garlic and Korean bbq, but somehow they’re never soggy. If you want something fiery, go for the volcano option that has a serious and lingering heat. The wings are on the smaller side (almost like nuggets), but we like them that way because we can eat a lot of them.

South Philly’s Sophie’s Kitchen might have the crunchiest chicken in the city. Head to the Cambodian for jumbo wings with crackly skin and lots of dipping sauces.
