Cozara is a huge izakaya near Penn and Drexel, and they’re open for both lunch and dinner during the week. They have a pretty extensive menu that covers everything from yakitori skewers and ramen bowls to sushi rolls, and it’s all pretty good. They also have a great Happy Hour from 4 to 7pm on weeknights, where you can get $3 hand rolls, $4 bao buns, $5 on most other rolls, and drink specials starting at $3.
