The bowls of bingsu at NoLibs’ Cafe An are like irresistible mounds of mini ice crystals topped with everything you can imagine. It’s shaved milk ice, so each spoonful is light. But when it’s topped with seasonal fruit like strawberry or mango (our favorite) or gets chocolatey with a fudge and Oreo tophat, it can become one of the richest desserts around. No matter which you go for, it’s going to be chilly, delicious, and you’ll be sending us a nice little “thank you” card for recommending it.
