If you're on a quest to find the best soup dumplings in New York, you probably aren't going to be spending too much time at fast casual lunch takeout places in Downtown Brooklyn. But Yaso Tangbao is just that, and they serve some damn good soup dumplings. This place has street cred too: one of the chefs worked at the original Joe's Shanghai in Flushing. You'll want to get the crab and pork soup dumplings for yourself, and an order of the pan fried pork baos to share. Lines get busy during weekday lunchtime, and there are some rice bowls as well, but we recommend sticking to the dumplings.
