We used to want to spend snow days sledding and pouring snow down the inside of people’s jackets. Now we want to spend them at Wurstbar in downtown Jersey City. The long, narrow space feels like a middle-ground between a bar and biergarten, and it’s a great spot to come with a group and spend a few hours ordering from the long lists of ciders, poutines, and sausages - like our favorite that’s topped with roasted pork and char siu sauce.
