A little wine bar in the upper West Village, Turks & Frogs is a good place for a wine-centric date or a quiet hang with your parents. At night, it’s dark and very cozy. There are some Mediterranean small plates as well as the obligatory cheese selection, and it’s on a block of the West Village that you’ll fantasize about living on.
