Quick, specialty fast foods are something lower Manhattan now thrives on, and Tortaria deserves to be mentioned alongside their fellow low-cost, high-reward brethren. There’s a Mexican sandwich and a taquito for every palate.
There are some incredible things to eat at Neta, but there are also some duds on the menu. It’s probably a much better experience if you have endless money to spend. Then again, so is everything.
