The Archer

The Archer is a pretty ideal option for casual dates in downtown Jersey City. The dark cocktail bar on Newark Avenue has candlelit tables and booths, excellent mixed drinks, and Happy Hour everyday. Just don’t bring anyone who might not be able to focus on your questions about college roommates and celebrity crushes once they see the bow and arrow and giant deer heads on the walls.
