Technically, this is a health food place, but it’s old-school health food. This isn’t Dimes or El Rey. (You don’t come here for chia pudding and avocado toast.) It’s more of a tempeh-enchilada sort of place. The restaurant recently got a new location and a re-design, however, so at least it looks nice and new. Also, most people are going to find something to eat here. There are many vegetarian options, some clearly labeled gluten free choices, and a few different kinds of burger. Come here when you’re eating with someone who’s high maintenance.
