We’re always looking to make The Infatuation the best platform to find restaurants, and we appreciate your feedback!

Hi Infatuation reader. With restaurants around the country reopening, we understand that socializing in any form might still feel strange, and poses risks too. Should you go out to eat? That’s up to you. But we’ll continue to keep you informed as best we can. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at community@theinfatuation.com.

Souvlaki GR

162 W 56th St

New York, NY 10019

The average temperature on the island of Crete in July and August is 84 degrees, which is even hotter than in Central Park. So if grilled shrimp skewers, veggie pitas, and platters of dips work for the Cretans, it should work for you too. You’ll find all of that, and a bunch of other classic Greek dishes, three blocks south of the park at Souvlaki GR.

The Lower East Side, Midtown, and Midtown East locations of this Greek spot are doing takeout and delivery right now, which means a feast of spanakopita, greek salad, and meat skewers are just a few clicks away.

You'll need a better browser for that!
