Satis looks like a converted loft you might find in Brooklyn Heights, but the high-ceilinged, brick-walled bistro is on a quiet street in Paulus Hook. You don’t need to eat here and spend $18 on a small portion of bland cacio e pepe, but keep the attractive space in mind for a glass of wine on a weekend afternoon or during Happy Hour, which is offered everyday from 4-6pm in the bar room next door.
