Southampton is home to several NYC sceney restaurants filled with people who eat in these same restaurants in Manhattan. Sant Ambroeus, which also has locations on the Upper East Side, in Nolita, and in the West Village, is one such place. People come here as much for the scene as the food, but the food is pretty good.
