Rudy’s is a bar in Hell’s Kitchen that’s been around since 1933, and serves $3 pints of beer and offers free hot dogs with any drink purchase. The dark, narrow space has a long bar and some red booths that may have been leather at one point, but are now mostly just red duct tape. You can drink on the back patio, which is fully walled-in by neighboring buildings.
