If you happen to live in (or very close to) Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Risbo is a good place to know about. It’s a counter-service spot with a full bar, and they specialize in set meals that consist of a protein and five sides. The food is a mix of Mediterranean and Caribbean, which means you’ll find things like hummus, roast pork, and plantains. You can also get a whole branzino plus sides for $23. The space is also nice and bright, with a lot of potted plants, and it has a friendly neighborhood feel to it. We can’t say the food itself is worth traveling for, but a lot of it is pretty healthy, and this could be a pretty decent weeknight dinner option if you live in the area.
