Between the wood paneling and golden fringe hanging from the ceiling, Rialto Grande looks a bit like our grandparents’ 1958 NYE party (we assume). But once you also notice the 80s headshots of Jeff Bridges, Keanu, and Lisa Bonet on the wall, you realize you’re just a person, standing at a bar, hoping that one of the cheerful bartenders won’t mind you making an alteration to one of their $10 cocktails. This place also has a few beers on tap and natural wines available by the glass, along with a good-sized, covered back patio. If you’re looking for somewhere to start or finish a night on Franklin Ave, this is the place.
