Public Kitchen

Public Kitchen is the restaurant on the ground floor of Public Hotel. It’s got Jean George’s name on it, but it isn’t a good place to visit if you’re looking for a "great meal." What it is good for is getting a big group of people together, drinking a lot, and picking at a few pizzas and a piece of fish while you decide where you’re going to go next. The answer, by the way, is most likely “nowhere” as there are a few different bars/clubs/rooftops to take advantage of in the building. At least you’ll have managed to lay down a base before you give yourself responsibility amnesia via several gin and tonics.
